I am a Qualified Nursery Nurse and Certified Infant Massage Instructor with many years experience.  I work in the community as part of a Health Visiting team where I support parents and families in many ways such as post natal classes, baby clinics, developmental reviews, breast feeding and weaning advice. I have a special interest and knowledge of children's behaviour and offer positive parenting advice such as managing a child's behaviour, giving advice on sleep and sleep routines, fussy eating, meltdowns etc...

I have also been teaching infant massage for 8 years, helping many families to enhance bonding with their babies and helping aid childhood ailments such as colic, constipation etc...

Most importantly, I am a mum too. So I understand the pressures and challenges being a parent can bring - as well as the joys, of course!!
